TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are terms and conditions for joining Xfamily. These conditions apply to all members who join the Xyourmoney Network Platform.
CORE RULES:
A. YOUR REGISTRATION TO THIS NETWORK IS APPROVED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE MONEY FROM YOU.
B. WHEN YOU DO NOT FILL THIS FORM AND SEND MONEY, YOUR MONEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
C. ANY AMOUNT SENT WITHOUT WHAT IS APPROVED HERE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
D. MOBILE MONEY TRANSACTION COST ( 50 pesewas per GHC50) WILL BE TAKEN AWAY FROM ANY MONEY WE ARE SENDING TO YOU.
OTHERS:
1. Xyourmoney is not a registered company, beware.
2. Xyourmoney is not a micro finance, bank, insurance nor any financial institution, beware.
3. Xyourmoney is non-governmental, beware.
4. People who register as non-Ghanaians can only receive money through bitcoin address.
5. Xyourmoney will always return 50% of your money to you on each person you invite.
6. Xyourmoney will always return 10% of your money on each person your inviter invites.
7. For members who do not register to receive 10% on each person their inviter invites will automatically receive 10% whether they invite someone or not. This class of members will receive 10% for every 4 weeks untill they quit.
8. For members who decide to quit will only receive full amount from the network if they have not earned anything. But members who have never earned 50% but have earned monthly 10% severally are entitled to only 40%. But for members who have earned 50% and 10% will not receive any money when quiting. Members who quit can never return to the network. In special cases monies will or will not return to a member when quiting with all above condition attached.
9. At any point in time, you can be removed from the network for not being active for six months.
10. No adult content should be shared here. No politics, discrimination or hate speech.

11. In very few cases, your returns may delay due to delay on the part of our third parties. This has never happened, but it is possible.
12. In very few cases, your money may not receive any return. That's, exactly what you sent will be returned and your membership will be terminated as well. This has never happened, but it is possible.
13. In very few cases, you may not receive anything at all. That is, you may not receive your money sent or profits. This has never happened, but it is possible because the investments we make using your money may fail and we may loose everything.
14. Our agents you send or receive money from are only intermediaries and hence are not liable to loses from us.
15. Your inviters are also not liable to losses from us.
16. These terms and conditions can change any time without your knowledge, so please always check.
18. Members to this network must be at least 18 years old.
19. Aside admin and agent, do not share your mobile number or bitcoin address with anyone.
20. Base on these terms and conditions if you still agree to risk, you can continue.
15. Your inviters are also not liable to losses from us.
16. These terms and conditions can change any time without your knowledge, so please always check.
